We will visit your property in the first instance to undertake a FREE property assessment and offer our advice and years of experience to help you with ideas and suggestions to make the most of your new build. We will assist with the preparation of planning documents and building regulations applications so you can ensure that submitted plans conform to local council standards. We only use experienced designers and builders, and offer a full design pack which we will send to at least three local builders, with proven track records, to ensure that you receive competitive quotations.

We also offer a TOTAL SERVICE PACKAGE to assist with all further aspects of the design and build of your project. If you would like to instruct us for a total service package we will inspect and report back on every stage of the project, to ensure that the standard of work is carried out and completed to your satisfaction.

Our philosophy is to approach every project, no matter what the size, in a personal and professional manner. To help keep things simple, you will be dealing with one person throughout the entire process, who will be responsible for all local council approvals on your behalf, along with planning and building regulations, and ensuring that the builders are on site and working to our previously agreed programme.
